Chemical Castration For Kids Allowed To Continue In Arkansas
U.S. District Judge James M. Moody has blocked Arkansas Law 626 of 2021 from taking effect in a matter of days. Earlier this year Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson vetoed the bill. His veto was quickly overridden by the Arkansas General Assembly. He then went on Tucker Carlson’s show and gave an embarrassing interview.
The judge’s ruling means misguided parents and doctors can keep giving minor children experimental drugs and hormones that cause permanent physiological damage.
Republican for U.S. Senate Jan Morgan issued a statement:
Once again the judicial branch of our government has made a ruling far outside the beliefs of every day Americans who want to protect children from the radical left’s trans-gendered agenda. Minor children shouldn’t have this agenda forced on them by taking experimental drugs that can cause permanent harm to their bodies. I will fight this morally bankrupt system now and when I get to Washington.
