DACA Foreign Nationals Will Have Access To Sensitive Information
Last week the House of Representatives passed H.R. 4346. A provision in the bill would allow Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA) non citizens to work for Congress and lobby. If enacted, the policy would under cut the well established Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). FARA was enacted in 1938 and requires agents of foreign governments engaged in political activities and lobbying to periodically disclose the nature of their ties to foreign entities or governments.
Republican for U.S. Senate Jan Morgan issued a statement.
Nancy Pelosi continues to lead the democrats down the path of lawlessness. First it was their support of unchecked illegal immigration and open borders and now its poking loopholes in the Foreign Agents Registration Act. When our politicians make a habit of ignoring one law they will make a lifestyle out of ignoring all of our laws. We shouldn’t be surprised. When I get to D.C. I will fight these lawless Democrats.
